Inside Sales Representative

Simmons & Companies, Inc. is a Wexford, PA-based private equity real estate investment firm. We have multiple divisions and are building out our training and education department that will help educate the public on how to get started investing into real estate.

Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for nurturing inbound leads generated through the multiple forms of marketing and advertising run across numerous platforms. Primarily engaging with parties who have shown interest in one of the education systems, courses, programs, mentorships etc. that are being offered and advertised. You are responsible for selling products ranging from $97 up to $30,000 in cost. You should be a self starter, money motivated, hungry to help make a difference and see growth. Must be able to speak well on the phone, walk through the systems and think on your feet. Must also be a quick learner if not experienced in the real estate industry.

Job Requirements:
·Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional calls or emails to customers (approximately 10-15 per week).
·Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
·Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
·Must have a computer and internet connection.
·Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support role.
·Must be able to work in a team environment.
·Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including physical, background check and drug screening.
·Must be eligible for employment in Wexford, PA.
·Must have a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
·Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,261.00 - $122,618.00 per year
